Hi our name is NYChilanga and I specialize in Mexico City style cooking. My focus is to bring attention to local Mexican food producers here in Brooklyn- the local tortillerias, cheesemakers, etc. For this event I will be peddling tostadas with a choice of tinga de pollo (chicken slow cooked in tomato and chipotle) or vegi (vegetarian or vegan).
Stop in for some Mexican style Hot Chocolate ...

Blueberry Blues - blueberry's and blackberry's with a cream cheese filling and crumb topping.
Nuts About You - its all about the nuts, five of them, in this bread topped with white chocolate truffle.
Apricot Bombastic - a medley of six dried fruits in this bread topped with granola, sunflower seeds and flaxseeds.
